Ryan Koch and Joe O’Neill first met in High school where they both ran cross country and track for rival schools. Once top competitors with each other they realized that one another had a similar work ethic and desire to succeed. Alone , Ryan and Joe were both maintaining a small list of accounts but realized they were certain limitations to working alone. Thus One Stop Property Management was formed in November of 2018. An insured limited liability company, One Stop Property Management strives to stand out from the competitors. What Ryan and Joe were noticing about the other large landscaping companies in southeastern WI, was a high price point for a mediocre job done by employees who were often underpaid, therefore giving them no reason to put in the extra effort. The vision of One Stop Property Management is to provide a quality, clean, and satisfactory job at a price point where the customer is happy, as well as our employees. What sets One Stop property Management apart from other companies are owners who care and take part in the day to day action of the company, making sure the job is done to their standard and in a timely manner.

Born and raised in Whitefish Bay WI, Joe graduated from Whitefish bay high school in 2017. He attended UW Lacrosse for a year and now is a part time student at UW Milwaukee. Joe started his landscaping career similar to Ryan’s, starting with the his neighbors and family friends. From here he expanded and got into contact with more home owners and small business owners.
